Touanda: “My idea, inspired by the Dyatlov story, was writing about a night of drinking maybe during the trip or just before they started the journey, where something happens between two of them. I read somewhere that one of the girls was a bit grumpy, never smiled, but throughout the trip she started enjoying herself and changed a bit. She's the girl I'm talking about in the song. I didn't want it to be a love song or anything like that, just about a night of fun between friends where two of them think they might be in love, but it's probably just the alcohol... “

Bob: I added the chorus, a forewarning to the trekkers of what was to come in a few days. Perhaps someone said - "stay with someone else and hang on to yourself" if things got tough on the trek.
